Digital Caricature
All the fun of a live caricature, with a modern twist. I draw on an iPad Pro, with the artwork displayed in real time on a large screen — so the whole room can watch the magic happen.
Guests get a digital copy of their caricature, and the on-screen display makes it a real talking point throughout the event. Perfect for corporate events and brand-forward occasions, with the option to add custom designs — company logos, event branding, messages — to the printed or digital output.
Can be shown live on any HDTV screen

Pen & Paper
Classic caricature. Timeless charm. There's a reason the hand-drawn sketch has been the life of the party for generations — it's personal, tactile and genuinely exciting to watch.
Drawn at a traditional French easel, guests gather around as I work — usually one or two people per drawing — creating an instant centrepiece of activity wherever I set up.

Secure your booking
A £50 deposit holds your date. We'll confirm all the details — style, timings, setup requirements and any custom requests — so everything is sorted well in advance.
On the day
I'll arrive ahead of your guests to set up — the French easel and materials are self-contained and need minimal space. Then I get to work, drawing guests on the spot and letting the atmosphere build naturally around me.
Guests go home happy
Every person drawn walks away with a one-of-a-kind keepsake — a personalised caricature that's genuinely unique to them. No two alike. No party bags required.

FAQs

As far ahead as possible — weekends and the festive season fill up fast. A £50 deposit secures your date, so as soon as you know you want a caricaturist at your event, it's worth getting in touch. That said, if you've got a last-minute event, always ask — we'll do our best to help.

Not much at all. For pen and paper, a small area with the French easel is all that's needed — roughly the space of a standard table and chair. For digital, I'll also need access to a nearby power socket and an HDTV screen (which I can discuss with your venue in advance). I'm used to working in tight, busy spaces and can adapt to most setups.
-
As a guide, I draw around 10 guests per hour. So a 2-hour booking covers roughly 20 people, and a 3-hour booking around 30. For larger events, it's worth thinking about how long you'd like me for and how many guests you ideally want drawn. I'm happy to advise based on your guest list size.
-
It's entirely up to you. Some events run an informal drop-in, where guests wander over when they fancy — this works brilliantly for relaxed social events. For larger or more structured occasions, a simple sign-up list can help manage flow and make sure the right people don't miss out. I can advise on what tends to work best for your type of event.

Both styles produce a brilliant caricature — the main difference is format and experience. Pen and paper is classic and tactile; guests go home with a physical drawing in hand. Digital is more of a shared spectacle — the live screen display means the whole room can enjoy the process, and guests receive a digital file. Digital also opens up options for custom branding, which makes it particularly popular for corporate events.
-
Yes — this is one of the things that makes the digital option especially popular for corporate clients. Branded borders, logos, event messages and custom designs can all be incorporated. Get in touch with your branding requirements and we'll talk through the options.
